We at Natural Resources Wales (NRW) make complex decisions that integrate environmental, economic, and social considerations to achieve sustainable management of natural resources (SMNR). We are seeking a manager to lead teams that integrate knowledge and evidence across NRW to inform decision-making, evaluate impacts, learn, and communicate findings. As Manager, Integrated Evidence, you will oversee around 16 specialists, including 6 direct reports, reporting to the Head of Knowledge and Evidence within our Leadership Team.
We support flexible working arrangements. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home, with a hybrid working pattern to be agreed upon appointment. Any face-to-face meetings or training will be scheduled in advance. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Successful applicants will undergo a DBS check.
