As the agency expands its performance capabilities, the Integrated Performance Planning Manager will develop performance media plans and strategies across client portfolios, including Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Retail Media. The role requires understanding each channel’s position in the conversion funnel and creating strategies to surpass client objectives.
The manager will support in creating comprehensive digital media plans, communicate these plans effectively for client sign-off, and engage with stakeholders across various teams and partners to ensure optimal technology and channel development. Collaboration with the Performance Director and Activation teams will be key, especially in championing an AI audience-first planning approach.
