Job summary

Zeno Group in London is seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager to anchor client delivery and agency operations. You will ensure campaigns move smoothly from brief to delivery across account, strategy, creative and production, while helping run Chorus, our integrated capability, to align resources and priorities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain clear communication with leadership and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in an agency, creative, communications or marketing environment.
• Strong experience juggling multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Defining project scope, deliverables, milestones and dependencies from briefing through to completion.
• Coordinating teams across account management, strategy, creative, production, earned, social and digital disciplines.
• Managing budgets, resource allocation and utilisation across campaign teams.
• Building project timelines, workback schedules and delivery plans for integrated client campaigns local and global.
• Tracking project progress and proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers and delivery challenges.
• Managing approvals, feedback rounds and stakeholder sign-off processes.
• Providing clear project status updates and delivery reporting to account leads and senior stakeholders.
• Supporting teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
