The Integrated Campaign Specialist (ICS) will support the Growth and Customer Experience teams in developing and executing best-in-class multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. As a member of the Global Digital and Operations Center of Excellence (COE), this individual will provide tactical support for developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content syndication, webinar/event execution, and chat workflows. The ICS must also offer strategic, consultative guidance to marketing partners on best practices, optimization, as well as the tools and technology available to support and achieve campaign and business objectives.

The Integrated Campaign Specialist must be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, a strong communicator, a team player, and adaptable to new technology and processes.

Success in this role will be measured based on:

  • Growth KPIs for the business, such as pipeline and revenue realization
  • Internal customer service KPIs, such as SLAs and stakeholder feedback
  • The ability to support world-class marketing program execution at scale

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Email Marketing & Automation Execution, Best Practices, and KPIs
  • Designing Multi-Channel Automated Campaigns and Touch Point Strategies
  • Project Management & Process Documentation

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

  • A college degree or related experience in Marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Eloqua / Marketing Automation experience (preferred)
  • Certification required after starting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex campaign workflows and segmentation
  • High attention to detail
  • Integrity, honesty, empathy, and a leadership standard in team interactions
