Description
The team sits within the Chief Operating & Controls Office in People & Places, working closely with Consumer Relationships to deliver our branch strategy. We focus on integrating various programmes affecting our branches, creating an ecosystem view to better sequence change and prioritize what matters most to our colleagues. Our core strategy includes standards for over 200 branches across 2024/2025 and plans to upgrade our estate beyond 2025.
Our team collaborates with Construction & Standards, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Workplace Design, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Places Investment, and Change Delivery to enhance our branch workplaces. You will need a positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a small, impactful, friendly, and dynamic team that collaborates to accelerate change. You may also participate in projects outside your immediate team remit.
