Dunbia Group is seeking full-time Operatives to support the Retail Intake Departments in Dungannon. You will play a key role in scanning products, stock rotation, order selection and dispatch clerical duties to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires reliable individuals with strong English, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work extra hours as needed to meet customer demand.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Scan product into production and back from production.
• Adhere to correct stock rotation procedures.
• Check yields at end of production and investigate issues.
• Scan pallets.
• Stack products correctly in the chills.
• Conduct stocktaking.
• Select correct orders.
• Load containers.
• Ensure orders are correct and accurate.
• Handle clerical duties related to despatch of products.

The Person

Working as part of our existing team, we require full time Operatives to assist with the efficient running of the Retail Intake Departments. Essentially, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Scanning product into and back from production


• Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure


• Checking yields at the end of production and investigating any issues


• Scanning pallets


• Stacking products correctly in the chills


• Stocktaking


• Selecting correct orders


• Loading containers


• Ensuring orders are correct


• Clerical duties associated with the despatch of products

Qualifications

The Person

Essential

• Possess excellent communication skills


• Good level of written and verbal English


• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service


• Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.

Desirable

• Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous.
