Job Description:

The Role:

Our objective is to reshape the value chain for our Members and Insurers using data-driven insights. Success will be based on the value data creates for our Members, risk capital providers, suppliers, and ourselves.

Your role will contribute to the Risk Exchange Data Operations team, responsible for managing and delivering accurate reporting to Insurers and partners.

You will establish relationships with Insurers, become a subject matter expert in their data and reporting requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Support the data onboarding process for Insurers and understand their reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Insurers, Data Acquisition, Product, and Development teams to meet data requirements.
• Work with Product and Development teams on automated data feeds.
• Assist Member Data Managers with data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Ensure timely submission of data feeds to Insurers.
• Monitor and resolve Data Quality issues raised by Insurers.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate Insurer Reference Data.

Experience:

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, with subject matter expertise.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of data ingestion tools, technologies, and processes (preferred).
• Experience in specialty/E&S markets (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s Data Standards.
• Understanding of data validation, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Self-management and independent working ability.
• Efficient prioritization skills.
