Job description

The Role:

Our objective is to reshape the value chain for our Members and Insurers using data-driven insights. Our success will be based on the value data creates for our Members, risk capital providers, other suppliers, and ourselves.

Your role will contribute to the overall success of the Risk Exchange Data Operations team, responsible for managing and delivering timely and accurate reporting to Insurers and partners of the Risk Exchange.

You will establish relationships with Insurers, become a subject matter expert in their data and reporting requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the data onboarding process for Insurers and understand their reporting needs.
2. Collaborate with Insurers, Data Acquisition Operations, Product, and Development teams to meet data requirements efficiently.
3. Work with Product and Development teams to develop automated data feeds.
4. Assist Member Data Managers with data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation to meet Insurer standards.
5. Ensure timely submission of data feeds to Insurers.
6. Monitor and resolve Data Quality issues raised by Insurers.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Insurer Reference Data.

Experience:

1. At least 5 years of P&C insurance experience, with subject matter expertise.
2. Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
3. Knowledge of data ingestion tools, technologies, and processes (preferred).
4. Experience in specialty/E&S markets (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong analytical and communication skills.
2. Familiarity with Lloyd’s Data Standards.
3. Understanding of data validation, quality metrics, and reporting.
4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
