Job Description:

Our objective is to reshape the value chain for our Members and Insurers using data-driven insights. Your role will contribute to the success of the Risk Exchange Data Operations team by managing and delivering accurate reporting to Insurers and partners, establishing relationships with Insurers, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the data onboarding process for Insurers and understand their reporting requirements.
2. Collaborate with Insurers, Data Acquisition Operations, Product, and Development teams to meet data requirements.
3. Work with Product and Development teams on automated data feeds.
4. Assist in mapping, transforming, cleansing, and validating Member/TPA data to meet Insurer standards.
5. Ensure timely submission of data feeds to Insurers.
6. Monitor and resolve Data Quality issues raised by Insurers.
7. Maintain accurate Insurer Reference Data.

Experience:

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, with subject matter expertise.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of data ingestion tools, technologies, and processes (preferred).
• Experience in specialty/E&S markets (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s Data Standards.
• Understanding of data validation, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
