Job Details

Accelerant is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to support the Risk Exchange Data Operations team. The role involves managing and delivering accurate reporting to Insurers and partners, establishing relationships with Insurers, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support data onboarding for Insurers and understand their reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Insurers, Data Acquisition, Product, and Development teams to meet data requirements.
• Assist in developing automated data feeds.
• Help Member Data Managers with data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation to meet standards.
• Ensure timely submission of data feeds to Insurers.
• Monitor and resolve Data Quality issues raised by Insurers.
• Maintain accurate Insurer Reference Data.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, with subject matter expertise.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of data ingestion tools and processes (preferred).
• Experience in specialty/E&S markets (preferred).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s Data Standards.
• Understanding of data validation rules and reporting metrics.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
