One of the Big 4 consulting firms is seeking a Senior Manager, deeply embedded in Insurance organisations globally. This is a leadership position where you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of large-scale transformation, specifically aligned to the Insurance vertical within a growth and established consulting practice.

We are looking to speak with Insurance SMEs that have built and maintained strong client relationships within the sector with proven delivery experience. Responsibilities include:

  1. Solution development, enhancing existing solutions, and developing new ones, with emphasis on Transformation Leadership and Operational Excellence.
  2. Involvement in a wide range of areas across the business including bid management, pitching, and Delivery Management.
  3. Coaching & development of teams on high-profile engagements to accelerate personal development.

The rapid digital transition undertaken by these organisations is centred on scalable growth.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Prior Insurance experience (SME)
  2. Experience leading complex insurance digital transformation projects
  3. Applying agile methodologies, lean, operating model design, change management (technology or digital change)
  4. The ability to present to C-Level decision makers.
  5. Experience of managing and mentoring staff and helping with their personal and professional development.
