Alpha FMC, founded in London, is the leading global consultancy to asset management, wealth management and insurance industries. We seek an Insurance Graduate Analyst to support insurers, brokers and market participants on end-to-end transformation from strategy to implementation.

You’ll contribute to analyses, market research, data work, and client presentations while gaining exposure to a variety of projects and clients.

Qualifications

• Be predicted or have achieved a 2:1 or above, in any degree discipline and from any university
• Be available to start full time in September 2027
• Have a genuine interest in consulting and the insurance industry
• Enjoy solving problems and thinking analytically
• Will be proactive, curious and eager to learn
• Communicate clearly and work well with others
• Be excited by working in a collaborative, high-performing and sociable environment

Responsibilities

• Analysing business and claims data, conducting market and regulatory research, and building presentations for a range of stakeholders, including senior client leadership
• Understanding the transformational role and impact of AI across the insurance industry in areas such as distribution, underwriting and claims
• Taking on project management tasks depending on the project, such as organising meetings, tracking actions and risks, and overseeing project plans
• Helping build proposals and materials that win Alpha new work, and generating ideas for how our services evolve
• Projects can range from a few weeks to 18 months, giving you exposure to different types of client relationships and team sizes
• Getting involved in firm-wide initiatives such as recruitment, wellbeing or diversity and inclusion, giving you the chance to build experience beyond client delivery
