Alpha FMC in London is offering an 8-week internship for penultimate or final year undergraduates to join our Insurance Consulting team. The programme runs from 5 July to 27 August, with structured training, mentorship, and client exposure.

You will work on real projects, attend client meetings, build financial models, and develop consulting skills across strategy, operations, and data. The role offers a potential full-time Graduate Analyst path for high performers.

Formación

• Penultimate or final year undergraduate students who are able to take part in an 8-week internship from Monday 5 th July to Friday 27 th August.
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have a genuine interest in consulting in the Insurance industries
• Be highly ambitious, proactive and entrepreneurial, with a 'can do' attitude
• Have strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset
• Willingness to be part of a team which enjoys working hard and socialising together
• An interest in assisting with one or more areas of business management

Responsabilidades

• Complete a structured developmental training programme covering consulting skills, tools, and soft skills, alongside social events to get to know the Alpha team
• Join a project team supporting delivery for our insurance clients, helping solve their biggest challenges
• Support Business Management areas, gaining insight into how a consulting business runs day to day
• Attend client meetings, document requirements, and prepare client proposals and presentations in PowerPoint
• Build financial models and get stuck into creative problem solving with Alpha colleagues
• Strong performance could lead to a full-time Graduate Analyst offer after your studies.
