Job summary

Assist Insurance Services in Northampton is seeking energetic sales-oriented staff to join a phone-based team handling new business enquiries and providing quotations for customers' insurance needs across our range of products.

You will receive full training, work 37.5 hours per week on a Monday–Friday schedule (with occasional Saturday shifts), and benefit from a competitive starting salary of £24,785 plus an unlimited monthly bonus, 25 days holiday rising with service, and ongoing career

Qualifications

• Confident, positive, and outgoing. No strict prior experience required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle new business enquiries and provide quotations.
• Work in a phone-based team across inbound/outbound calls.
• Understand client needs and present suitable insurance solutions.
• Support customers from inquiry to arranging annual insurance.
