Job description

Sales Executive - General Insurance

Due to an exciting expansion launching a new Product/Service in July, a leading Insurance Company is now looking to recruit a new member their Sales Team. The company has doubled in size over the past few years and can offer fantastic career progression for the right individual. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company as they go into their next period of growth.

Location - Altrincham - Parking Onsite
Start date - ASAP
Hours - Monday - Friday - 9am- 5pm - No weekends
Salary - 30,000 - 32,000 DOE with 6 month bonus OTE - 45,000

Job Details

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the housing association and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the general insurance or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
