Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and securing new clients of all sizes.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Delivering tailored insurance solutions to schools via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Producing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining CRM records.
  • Working with service and renewal teams to ensure excellent client onboarding.

Skills

Minimum 2 years experience in the insurance industry (broking or sales)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage your own diary and workload effectively
Understanding of general and legal principles of insurance
Familiarity with sales techniques and processes

Must Haves
