Job summary

Eames Consulting is seeking a Risk Business Analyst to support a three-phase change programme, translating regulatory and functional requirements into practical data, technology, governance and behavioural outcomes.

You will bridge regulatory and risk considerations with delivery teams, shape governance frameworks, and drive adoption of new ways of working across the business within the specialty insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst in insurance, specialty/Lloyd’s market a plus.
• Strong grasp of regulatory and risk requirements.
• Comfortable working across data, technology and governance workstreams.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-phase change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Bridge regulatory/functional requirements and delivery across three-phase programme.
