Global Insurance Risk Management - Up to £160,000 base

I am working with a leading global Commodity Trading and Investment company on a Head/Senior Insurance Risk position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading a talented team of risk professionals, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and innovative approaches to insurance risk management.
2. Developing robust protection strategies and maintaining key relationships with insurance providers.
3. Ensuring the company's global operations remain resilient and protected.
4. Managing relationships with the insurance market, including maintaining and enhancing connections with insurance companies and brokers in Europe.
5. Identifying and approaching strong insurance partners to obtain the latest insurance risk management insights when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant senior-level experience as a risk manager in a multinational corporation, or with brokers or underwriters.
• Expertise across a wide range of insurance lines including Property & Casualty, Marine Cargo, Credit, Construction, Energy, and Aviation.
• Experience in managing a team or department is essential.
