Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Engineer for UK, Dubai, or Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing risk mitigation strategies, analyzing insurance contracts, negotiating placement structures, and overseeing risk and insurance policies. The candidate will also coordinate with brokers, insurers, and other service providers, and mentor staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of captive insurance companies.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Draft and critique insurance and related contracts.
• Negotiate and administer insurance placement structures.
• Develop and implement risk and insurance policies.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, and service providers; handle claims and recoveries.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Represent the division in meetings and assignments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in insurance or risk management; professional certifications such as ACII, CMIRM, SIRM, or CPCU preferred.
• 15 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or a major corporate organization.
• Relevant expertise in corporate risk and insurance, preferably with energy and petrochemical sector experience.
