What You'll Be Doing:

• Sourcing talented insurance professionals via databases, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Engaging in phone conversations with candidates
• Assessing candidates' skills and aspirations using your insurance knowledge
• Expanding your network across brokers, insurers, and MGAs
• Supporting our senior recruitment team with candidate management
• Learning the recruitment trade while staying in the insurance industry
