Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Financial Services recruiter in London. They are a mid-sized recruitment agency with multiple locations across the UK. They have ambitious expansion plans and are looking for experienced 360 billing recruiters to join their team.

They focus on confidential searches and contingent placements for all levels of seniority for insurance professionals. They have a strong client base of General Insurance firms across the UK. The role is hybrid/remote with flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all career levels and offer a basic salary between £30k - £60k depending on experience. Candidates must have a proven track record in winning new business. The company promotes a collaborative, supportive environment, invests in the latest technology, and encourages ongoing training. There are no KPIs or micro-management.

Candidate Requirements
