The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level insurance positions, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. The role will come with a strong list of clients and lapsed clients to work with, but your proactive approach will be focused on winning new opportunities to forge long lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance sector
  • Source high-calibre candidates through various channels including networking, headhunting, and referrals
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and aftercare
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
  • Stay current with insurance industry trends and market movements

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within insurance or other financial services sectors
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding billing targets
  • Strong network within the general insurance industry
  • Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen and business development capabilities
  • CRM proficiency and strong database management skills
