Job description

We are looking to onboard a Property Insurance Advisor for a local client in Chessington, Surrey.

This is a Hybrid role, where you will work one week in every three in the office, however the initial onboarding will be onsite.

We are ideally seeking someone with experience in the property insurance industry, and you will be working for an award-winning company that has been established for over 40 years.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • You'll have brokerage experience, ideally in home insurance
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Accurately process all incoming/outgoing emails
  • Resolve any customer queries and inquiries
  • Liaising with insurance companies when required
  • Follow data protection guidelines
  • Liaise with finance companies
Hours:

Mon-Fri 9-6pm with alternate Saturdays 9-4.30pm
