Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with an energetic specialist Insurance broker with a friendly office in the Thanet area. The role involves servicing insurance policies, handling sales, renewals and mid-term adjustments, speaking to clients on the phone, and sometimes in person as well as via email.

Commercial Insurance experience is ideal but Personal Lines are also considered. Salary is varied depending on experience with a negotiable basic, with bonuses on top and opportunities

Qualificações

• Experience servicing insurance policies.
• Ability to handle sales, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Strong client-facing communication by phone, email and in person when required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve clients by handling sales, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person as needed.
• Maintain high levels of service while working with an insurance broker team.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based role.
