Insurance Performance Manager – Salary of Circa £50,000 (National) and Circa £60,000 (London)

Locations – York, Bristol, Norwich, London, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow

Aviva is currently looking for a dynamic Insurance Performance Manager to join our Retail team.

This is an exciting time to join Aviva's personal lines business. After a period of profitable growth, we're now expanding some of our key teams across the business.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership and deliver first-class customer and commercial outcomes for one of the country’s largest insurers, with prospects for professional growth and development.

About the role:

The Insurance Performance Manager role is within Personal Lines Retail, a major growth area for Aviva, serving as its ‘shop window’ and primary customer touchpoint through digital channels.

Our goal is to be the number one insurer in the market by optimizing pricing and product propositions, and significantly growing our market share.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing proposition strategies to meet business goals
  2. Driving portfolio performance through ownership and initiatives
  3. Leading, engaging, and motivating teams to achieve outcomes
  4. Analyzing information to inform decision-making
  5. Fostering a collaborative and creative environment

Skills and experience:

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the personal lines insurance market
  • Curiosity and drive to advance the business
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to inspire high performance
  • Confidence in challenging the status quo and leading change
  • Experience managing projects with timely, quality delivery
