For a graduate candidate (or equivalent) who is keen to develop a career within the Lloyd’s insurance market or with some exposure to insurance, this could be an excellent opportunity. Strong numeric and spreadsheet skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

The company offers genuine opportunities for further progression and will support CII study.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and process the monthly Lloyd’s slip documents, recording and saving the emails while responding to any queries raised.
2. Review Monthly Bordereaux and produce Upload templates for submission, and perform Monthly Adjustments.
3. Run monthly Reporting and keep tracking schedules updated.
4. Chase overdue Bordereaux and attend monthly meetings with the Underwriter to discuss progress and any issues.
5. Assist with the production of Audit Data.
6. Assist with and undertake tasks as defined by the Operations Specialist Manager.
