Job description

As an Insurance Officer, you will assist the Senior Insurance Officers in handling a variety of insurance claims, managing the Council’s insurance policies, and administering the claims management system. You will also advise Council services on risk management to ensure adherence to policies and legal frameworks.

About the Candidate:

The successful candidate will collaborate with other service areas and external providers to meet service levels for information compilation and reporting. Excellent communication skills are essential.

You should be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple demands. Good customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations are also important.
