Qualifications

• Proven investment banking experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance.
• Experience with Insurance sector transactions and client management at senior levels.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Established network within Insurance ecosystem (carriers, brokers, MGAs, private equity).
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates in the Insurance sector.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with insurance companies, brokers, investors, and other participants.
• Oversee financial analysis, valuation work, and transaction materials; manage key execution workstreams.
• Drive business development, identify opportunities, and contribute to sector coverage across UK and Europe.
• Mentor and develop junior bankers and help grow the Insurance franchise.
