Diesta Limited is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to build the company’s market presence and generate qualified pipeline in the insurance sector. You will own campaigns, events, partnerships, content and lead nurture to convert conversations into revenue.

This hands-on role requires setting a plan, executing it, and collaborating closely with the commercial team to ensure visibility to insurance finance, operations, payments and technology. London-based, hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in insurance, fintech, payments or a complex regulated industry.
• Ability to turn marketing activity into commercial outcomes and generate qualified pipeline.
• Confident in professional settings, hosting discussions and representing a growing company.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run campaigns that generate awareness, capture demand and create qualified sales opportunities.
• Own Diesta's event strategy across insurance conferences, trade associations and hosted events.
• Create and coordinate marketing content to support lead generation and sales conversations.
