Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Experience handling a caseload of litigated defendant insurance fraud work. Alternatively, an experienced defendant personal injury litigator.
• Previous civil litigation experience is essential with at least 2 years' experience.
• Experience of working in a team.
• Able to draft Court Proceedings, adhere to Court directions and deadlines.
• Able to engage in effective negotiation.
