Job summary

Deloitte in London is seeking an ambitious Manager to join our Insurance practice, delivering expert guidance on accounting and reporting processes for complex insurance clients. You will lead transformations, advise on IFRS/UK GAAP, and drive process improvements while mentoring team members.

You’ll collaborate across the firm to expand our insurance practice, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to thought leadership in this evolving field. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across insurance audit, industry, or advisory environments.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and Solvency UK, including practical IFRS 17 experience.
• Experience with SOX controls and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Insurance transformation projects for global clients, guiding teams to exceptional results.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on IFRS, Solvency UK, and UK GAAP accounting matters.
