Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within this full-service West End firm for a 4-7 PQE associate to handle insurance policyholder work as well as broader commercial disputes.

The work is high quality and international in nature, with the firm often working alongside major firms in the insurance space. They regularly handle large-scale matters with claims running into hundreds of millions of pounds. As the team is smaller, associates gain exposure to a broad range of insurance disputes, including coverage, D&O, political risk, professional indemnity, etc. There is also significant client exposure from the outset. On the disputes side, they handle a varied diet of large-scale commercial litigation and class actions.

To be considered for this role, you should be an insurance litigator with experience in policyholder disputes or currently acting on behalf of insurers and seeking to switch sides. The role offers a highly supportive team, a good work-life balance, and a clear career path to partnership.
