Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a senior leader to head end-to-end Data & AI transformation programmes within the Insurance sector. You will shape strategies, lead multidisciplinary teams, and work closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable business value across complex delivery estates.

The role combines business, data, AI, and technology to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes, with opportunities to contribute to client development and growth of PwC's Data & AI Insurance practice.

Qualifications

• You have significant experience leading large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, or Technology transformation programmes within the Insurance sector.
• You understand insurance business processes and how Data and AI unlock value.
• You can manage complex programme delivery including budgets, governance, risk and executive stakeholders.
• You translate business challenges into practical, value-driven data and AI solutions.
• You have led multidisciplinary teams and delivered outcomes in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• You communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programmes for insurance clients.
• Shape data and AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and define delivery roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
• Manage programme scope, budgets, resources, governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning AI, data, engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, and change.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to navigate delivery challenges, drive adoption, and realise measurable value.
• Support business development activities, contribute to proposals, and help grow PwC's Data & AI Insurance practice.
