Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver Data & AI transformations for leading UK insurers. You will drive end‑to‑end programmes, align data & AI strategies with business outcomes, and lead multi‑disciplinary teams across client sites, our office, and client environments.

Your role will involve shaping strategies, guiding delivery, and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable value and sustainable change within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programmes for insurance clients.
• Shape data and AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and define delivery roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
• Manage programme scope, budgets, resources, governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning AI, data, engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, and change.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to navigate delivery challenges, drive adoption, and realise measurable value.
• Support business development activities, contribute to proposals, and help grow PwC's Data & AI Insurance practice.
