Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Insurance Consultant to join PPS GI in Taunton. You will deliver outstanding service and advice to clients, supporting retention and income targets while guiding referrals and complex cases.

This permanent, hybrid role offers a starting salary of £30,000+ depending on experience, with 35 hours a week. The Taunton office hosts a varied benefits package and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support & assist your Line Manager and the team to deliver retention and income targets, service KPIs and meet workflow standards.
• Provide on-hand support and coaching to the team ensuring a consistent approach to process and advice; ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintain own technical competence with knowledge of products, market trends and underwriting guidelines to handle referrals and complex work.
• Motivate and encourage the team to maximise business opportunities and promote insurance reviews.

We are looking for an Insurance Consultant to join PPS GI in our Taunton office. Competitive salary, excellent benefits and hybrid working.

Salary: Starting from £30,000.00 (depending on experience)

Working hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

About the role

Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Insurance Consultant to join our PPS GIteam in our Taunton office.

As an Insurance Consultant you will provide exceptional service and advice to clients in order to maximize client satisfaction, maintain high retention levels and achieve income targets in support of the overall business strategy. This role will be supporting our PPS GI as well as Affinity GI when required.

What you'll be doing

• Support & assist your Line Manager and the team to deliver retention and income targets, service KPIs and meet workflow standards

• Provide on-hand support and coaching to the team ensuring a consistent approach is adopted for process and advice; making certain all procedures and guidelines are followed

• Maintain own technical competence with an in depth knowledge of all relevant products, market trends and underwriting guidelines to effectively handle referrals and a variety of complex work

• Motivate and encourage the team to maximise all business opportunities, promoting insurance reviews wherever possible, identifying under insurance and meeting client survey targets

• Fulfil the responsibilities of a Senior Client Service Adviser
