Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ compliance experience in insurance/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UK and/or Malta regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact.
• Support regulatory filings, compliance reporting, and correspondence.
• Maintain compliance registers for breaches, conflicts, and gifts.
• Assist in governance meetings and documentation.
• Contribute to compliance monitoring via testing and reviews.
• Compile documentation for audits and inspections.
• Support compliance training and address staff queries.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams on compliance frameworks.
