Client Manager – Real Estate, Scotland

Aon Scotland has a Client Manager role available within our Real Estate team, to take on ownership of the Scottish Real Estate practice. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually from our Glasgow or Edinburgh office.

What the day will look like

Responsibility to develop, manage and maintain the overall client relationship, securing support as required.

  • Foster, manage, and strengthen client relationships, securing internal support when needed to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Coordinate with Aon colleagues across solution lines to deliver value‑added solutions.
  • Lead the client team to consistently deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee broking and carrier marketing activities to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within both existing and prospective client portfolios, supporting business expansion.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the insurance market and underwriters to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Set a positive example, inspiring and mentoring account handlers to support their professional growth and development.
