Job summary

JT Recruit Ltd. is seeking an Insurance & Claims Officer for a public sector council in Leicester. The role covers liability and personal injury claims related to negligence policies and requires 2-3 years of relevant experience. Hybrid working applies with office attendance on set days and hours.

The in-house claims team handles a range of public liability, employers liability and motor-related claims, supporting ongoing policy execution and risk management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and process insurance claims for the council's in-house team.
• Support negligence policies including public liability and employers' liability.
• Work within hybrid office arrangements with prescribed hours.

Description:

Insurance & Claims officer required for our public sector client

We are looking for a candidate who has liability and personal injury experience in relation to negligence policies such as public liability, employers liability, third part liability or motor background.

Would ideally like a minimum of 2-3 years recent experience.

Hybrid working. The current working arrangements are office attendance Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, 08:30 to 17:00 Mon to Thurs and 08:30 to 16:30 Fri with one hour for lunch.

This is for the inhouse claims handling team for the Council.
