Job summary

Huntress is recruiting for an Insurance Claims Coordinator in Chatham on an ongoing, long-term temporary basis. The role trains staff and offers the option to work from home 2 days per week after training, with a salary around £30,000.

The successful candidate will manage claims and liaise with insurers and internal teams. Applicants should have prior insurance claims experience, strong organisation, attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance claims handling is essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and financial reviews.
• Confident, professional communicator, comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with systems, documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer insurance policies and renewals.
