Position: Insurance Brokerage Advisor

Location: Chessington

Salary: £24,000 (p/a inclusive of alternate Saturdays, OTE £34,000)

Bonus: To be discussed at interview, currently around £8,000

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 week in office, 2 weeks WFH)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays - Alternate, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (paid extra)

Are you experienced in telephone sales and enjoy dealing with customers? We have an exciting opportunity for you as an Insurance Brokerage Advisor! Our client is seeking a full-time Insurance Brokerage Advisor to join their busy Let Property insurance team.

You should have experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Home Insurance, and a passion for customer service.

Essentials:

  • Minimum 12 months Insurance Brokerage experience
  • Experience in Home Insurance
  • High standard of Customer Service
  • Telephone Sales experience
  • CII qualifications preferred (in-house support provided if not yet obtained)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate within FCA guidelines
  • Follow Data Protection regulations
  • Liaise with clients via incoming and outgoing calls
  • Coordinate with Insurance companies and the Premium funding company
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities
  • Follow up on diary notes, issue letters, and manage policy cancellations
  • Manage policy renewals and follow-ups
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Support other departments as needed
