A recruitment agency in Chessington is seeking a full-time Insurance Brokerage Advisor. This role requires a minimum of 12 months of insurance brokerage experience and excellent telephone sales skills. The position offers a competitive salary of £24,000 with an OTE of £34,000, plus bonus potential. Work is hybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work. Ideal candidates will have prior home insurance experience and strong customer service skills.
Do you enjoy dealing with customers? Are you experienced in telephone sales? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Insurance Brokerage Advisor. Our client is seeking a full time Insurance Brokerage Advisor to join their very busy Let Property insurance team.
Location: Chessington
Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £24,000 (p/a, inclusive of alternate Saturdays OTE)
Alternate Saturdays OTE £34,000
Plus bonus – to be discussed at interview stage, currently in the region of £8,000
Benefits:
Hybrid (1 week in office, 2 weeks WFH)
Monday to Friday – 9:00am–6:00pm
Saturdays – Alternate – 9:00am–4:30pm (paid extra, see above)
