In this role you will be working alongside a team of brokers as you handle accounts from start to finish, with duties include processing mid‑term adjustments, and handling policy renewals. gathering client information, and liaising with internal and external teams. You will be responsible for handling important legal documents and ensuring clients receive high‑quality services.

The company is an established commercial insurance business specialising in insurance solutions for the removals, storage and associated sectors, including marine insurance packages and specialist MOD‑related policies. Having experienced continued growth over the past 25 years, they have developed a strong reputation for providing specialist commercial insurance solutions to clients across the UK and internationally.

This role would suit an Insurance Broker from a Commercial background, looking to develop their career in a supportive specialist company, offering ongoing training, progression opportunities, and hybrid working as part of a family‑like team.

The Role:

• Handle policy renewals and mid‑term adjustments
• Liaise with internal and external teams whilst ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of documents
• 35 hours a week, 9 - 5, Monday to Friday, 3 days in office hybrid working after probation
