About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Insurance Broker to join our client's team. This role offers a competitive salary, a range of benefits, and the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, new business quotations, MTAs, and renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and insurer partners.
  • Underwrite large household risks within your authority.
  • Contribute to the team's success by achieving business plan objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records on our Acturis system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Household and Personal Lines, ideally in non-standard and HNW.
  • Strong technical insurance knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Strong negotiation and broking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience with Acturis is desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Minimum 6 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Grade A-C).
