Howden in Maidstone is offering an Insurance Apprenticeship Programme starting September 2027. You’ll join a permanent role from day one while you complete an 18‑month structured development programme, working in commercial insurance and supporting clients under supervision.

No prior experience needed; you’ll gain a recognised qualification, learn to draft correspondence, build relationships with clients and insurers, and progress with a generous pension, 25 days’ leave and funded professional

You’ll step into the shoes of an Insurance Account Handler, helping to look after existing clients and support them with their insurance policies.
