Howden Bournemouth invites applicants to join an 18-month Personal Lines Insurance Apprenticeship, starting Sep 2027. You will begin in a structured induction and work with the Personal Lines team while studying for a Level 3 qualification.

This fully office-based role requires commitment to attend an in-person assessment centre and travel costs are covered for the day. You’ll join a supportive, employee-owned culture with development, learning, and exposure to a fast-paced insurance
