• 5 years’ experience in UK insurance sector business processes.
• 3 years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Experience working with AI to augment business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with C-suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
