Job summary

Verisk is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in London. The role focuses on insurance domain projects and shaping AI-driven automation through careful requirements, specifications, and governance of prompts and decision logic.

You will collaborate with UI/UX, developers, QA and stakeholders to evaluate requests using MoSCoW prioritisation and to explore productisation opportunities, while mentoring junior BAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance.
• Experience designing agentic workflows, prompts and decision logic for AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Write and communicate specifications from business requirements with examples.
• Evaluate requests using MoSCoW and present recommendations to productise.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, QA and key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior BA team members and share expertise.
