Job summary

Jensten Group's Advance Insurance in Swindon is seeking an Insurance Advisor to retain and renew client relationships while delivering outstanding service. You will identify opportunities to grow the business through referrals, cross-selling and new business generation.

The role includes comprehensive training, potential for professional qualifications, and uncapped commission. You will work every other Saturday morning and receive time off in lieu during the week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven retention, sales or business development experience.
• Confident, professional telephone manner with ability to identify opportunities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in insurance.
• Experience in customer-facing, sales or insurance-related environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while administering and managing insurance policies.
• Retain and renew existing clients while identifying opportunities to generate new business.
• Work towards and exceed achievable performance and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear, professional communication.
