About the role:

We are actively seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organization where full training and industry-recognized qualifications will be provided.

• You enjoy engaging with people, listening, and building relationships to understand client needs.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of creating tailored solutions for unique client requirements.
• You may currently work in sales and are seeking a career change; no prior experience is necessary as we offer comprehensive training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications.
• You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests in areas like equine insurance, campervans, marine, fine art, etc. Loving what you do helps you build rapport and provide the best solutions.
• You are ambitious, and we promote from within. All leaders started as Insurance Advisors. We equip you with the tools, and all we ask is your desire to succeed.
