Position: Insurance Advisor

We are actively seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organization where you'll receive full on-the-job training and have the chance to attain industry-recognized qualifications.

About you:

• You enjoy engaging in conversations, listening, and building relationships to truly understand client needs.
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of tailoring solutions to unique client requirements.
• You may currently work in sales and seek a career change; no prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications.
• You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests in areas like equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, or fine art. Loving what you do helps you build rapport and offer the best solutions.
• You are ambitious, and we promote from within—every leader started as an Insurance Advisor. We provide the tools; your desire to succeed is what matters.
